Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No. 196 Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No. 196 We would like to inform you that, pursuant to Section 13 of the Data Protection Code – Legislative Decree 196/2003 – your personal data, which you have given us upon promotional activities or for the registration at sport events and/or exhibitions, are treated manually or through data processors by us as defined in Section 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Code of the Privacy. PURPOSES Personal data given to us shall be used: . 1.A To send information material relating to initiatives, event, etc…. organised by us, to register at sport events and/or exhibitions carried out upon your request, to support, inform and assist in relation to the services requested by you; . 1.B To verify the users’ satisfaction and to carry out market analysis; . 1.C To inform about future marketing initiatives, to announce new events, services and offers, to send advertising material, to carry out marketing communication. WHOM THE PERSONAL DATA CAN BE SHARED WITH The said data shall be treated by RED BULL s.r.l., by the holding LIMPET SPORTS MANAGEMENT B.V as well as by all controlled companies belonging to the Group, in addition to all intermediaries (TV production agencies, photographic agencies, etc.) if involved in the execution of each sport, advertising, cultural event etc.. TRANSFER OF DATA Since our organisation has an international nature, the said data shall be transferred abroad but within the European Union pursuant to the provisions of Section 42 of the Legislative Decree 196/03. DATA CONTROLLER Data controller shall be LIMPET SPORTS MANAGEMENT B.V, with registered offices in Meerweg 7, 1405 BA Bussum, The Netherlands. PLACE WHERE THE DATA ARE TREATED The treatments connected to the web services of this website are carried out at the aforementioned offices of LIMPET SPORTS MANAGEMENT B.V. and are treated only by the technical staff of the office entitled to the treatment, or by people in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or delivered. The personal data supplied by the users which send requests for information material are used for the exclusive purpose of carrying out the requested service or performance and they are communicated to third parties only if deemed necessary. POSSIBILITY TO GRANT DATA The user is free to supply the personal data indicated in LIMPET SPORTS MANAGEMENT B.V’s forms or in any case indicated in contacts with the Office to request information material or other communications. We point out that the consent to the treatment of data, including the possible communication and transfer abroad, for the purposes indicated in point 1A is mandatory and essential and the failure to grant it can imply the impossibility to obtain what requested. On the contrary, the consent is optional in relation to the purposes indicated in point 1B and 1C and therefore they do not imply any consequences in case of refusal, but the impossibility to carry out initiatives aimed at improving our service towards you, as well as to keep your information about the development of our initiatives updated. CONDITIONS OF TREATMENT The personal data are treated as computerised instruments for the period of time strictly necessary to attain the purposes which they have been collected for. Specific security measures are respected in order to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect uses and non-authorised accesses. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS The owners of the personal data have the right at any time to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of the same data, to be aware of their content and origin, to verify if they are correct or to ask for the integration or update, or their amendment (Section 7 of the Legislative Decree No. 196/2003). According to the same Section they have the right to request for the deletion, the transformation into an anonymous form or to stop the data treated in breach of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for rightful grounds, to their treatment.
